I didn't check Edgar Online. Any insider who wants to sell shares must file two forms to SEC, one indicates to sell, and another one be filed after the sales. This should explain the descrepancy.

COMS needs to address its management problem to regain the trust from the street, I have been saying this for a long time. The creator of Palm Pilot's quitting will throw more doubts on COMS's management team.

Sounds very negative if Palm Pilot creators are leaving to tsart own venture. They will come out with a product which will eat 3Com for lunch and the stock will go down the gutter. Considering that we are not in the gutter as yet. Every day is a new day for the shorts to enjoy. So happy I switched to YHOO and AMZN from COMS.
