Music Boulevard to Become Infoseek's Exclusive Online Music Retailer Worldwide

(Nasdaq: NTKI) today announced a long-term agreement that makes Music Boulevard (www.musicblvd.com) the exclusive
online music retailer worldwide for one of the Internet's leading portal services. The agreement encompasses Infoseek's
domestic online service, as well as its international navigation services. Music Boulevard, the online music superstore, will
provide all of its online music content, community and commerce benefits to users in Infoseek's popular Entertainment Channel,
as well as throughout the site and on relevant search results pages. The alliance includes advertising and transaction-related
revenue.
