Tim,

Point well taken. I should have been stated my comments more clearly. After the stock has broken down, there is more than likely to be an uptick (the dreaded dead cat bounce) in between the downward movement.

But I would also be the first to concede that this market (internet stocks) will be very difficult to predict. And have proven just about everyone wrong up to this point.

I have attempted to secure shares to short (when the time comes) but have been disappointed to learn from my discount broker that they cannot provide them. Specifically Amazon, could not find any shares, and then with Yahoo indicated that because the float was so limited they could not guarantee that the shares would not be called in at anytime. So it appears that this has become their policy for the interim.
