And what was the SEC going to find out in ten days?

It all boils down to the integrity and competence of the engineer. The only way to do this is retest the site yourself.

Did the SEC do this? Who was their man, or woman, on the scene?

Or do they have a truth discerner? Did they subject all the key players to a truth test? And even if the players thought they were telling the truth, how would we know they weren't making an honest mistake?

Will the SEC indemnify all investors from any loss? After all, if they allow the stock to trade again, do they not bear some responsibility for any losses suffered by the investors?

Shouldn't all of this be left up to the investors? Just make the facts known and let the games begin.
