Fortunately for me, I did not own any CTEC ...

when the price dropped drastically. I sold my remaining shares at 16+ a few days before the CTEC price decline, so I will not be doing any dollar cost averaging.

As of today, I don't have a particular sell target for CTEC. My selling point will be determined by two factors: (1) the price at any specific time and (2) whether I need the CTEC money for some other purpose.

I see CTEC as a bargain at 6 1/4 or 6 3/8.

I do not believe CTEC will have an earnings disappointment for the next quarter, but I believe future lowered earnings estimates have been factored into the current CTEC price.

If CTEC fails to meet the lowered earnings estimates, I believe it is very possible for the stock to be in the 5's again.
