From the body of the report is this quote: " _ Mark Pierce, age 40, is a resident of Tucson, Arizona and was, at all relevant times, a Director and Secretary of ACC. Pierce currently serves as Secretary of Midland. " Does anyone know the bottom line here in terms of outcome for Pierce and ramifications for MIDL? I knew that ACC had troubles but did not wade through all of the details si I am interested in this answer...

Yep that is our Makr Pierce. He and Marsick hired a promoter Joe somebody and that gentleman was paid cash to promote the stock when it was American Coffee Cup. Well that gentleman did something stupid and got caught in a 52 broker sting by the SEC. Now the SEC has named the corporate officers in a civil suit to see if they made any money during the time this Joe guy did whatever he did. Oh and Mark's civil suit is no longer part of the NY suit it has been severed from it. Only thing Mark and Bob did wrong was hire some idiot as a promoter. Been though this since November which caught everyone off guard including Mark when it was announced. GB GB
