The CYI management has the Co. on the 'Right' track. Once the Co. is in the black and the sales keep coming double digits are not far away.

Good Luck Amy

Agree fully with your analysis. Do not expect a major offer until next year, although rumor has it that some low offers have been made which were totally unacceptable. The management forecast of profitability this year needs to be substantiated and show improving net the following quarter. Two increasingly profitable quarters would then most likely draw much more attention and increased take-over interest. Bud Hawk has told Don that he would always listen, but would not consider any offer that was not in the very best interest of the company and its shareholders. Things will happen, but only in the fullness of time.

Believe we are all better off if this comes later than sooner as the more profitability and exposure that CYI is able to attain, the higher any offer would have to be. My personal outlook is for a minimum of $15 per share by mid-1999 and possibly a bit more depending on some sizeable orders and net results by that time.
