Insider shares....

Chris Paisley (COMS CFO) just filed to sell 10,000 shares... William Wang responds to Blankmind's comment "10k share is still very insignificant" with the question "How do you know ? Do you have the number of total shares he owned?"

Well, in the proxy statement for the COMS/USRX merger, it said he owned or controlled 826,654 shares. That's probably changed in the past year or so, but not by all that much. Maybe he's exercised MORE options...!

Seems on the small side to me, too. On the other hand, I'd rather he waited until the stock was over 50.

Dick

<<10k shares is still very insignificant>> How do you know ? - william wang

it is called historical data. for example, when the stock was in the 50's, you had everyone selling - some over 2 million shares. in april when the stock was in the 30's the same individual sold nearly 800k shares. look it up, do some research.

if you follow coms insider selling, or for that fact any large company 10k shares is tiny, if that is all you see sold.
