Daddy Bigs. Surely you're not saying that RMIL itself didn't contact the SEC before they made this offer? This is after all a public company governed by the SEC. Wouldn't Morgan at the very least have wanted to know if what he was proposing was legal ?

Daddy, you seem concerned about this. I would hope that RMIL would have done DD prior to distributing the letter. Any business conducted by a publicly held company is subject to the scrutiny of the SEC. I would hope that many have notified the SEC about this offer.

Like all the neys they aren't accountable to anyone. It seems that the folks are away for the weekend and the neys will have their party. tonto still hasn't told us the source for his quotes about Raabe. Alot of us saw the post before it was edited, we know what "I" means.
tonto said he was here to help us too. s martin won't ever give you a straight answer Daddy, these guys don't make sense. If I didn't like a stock, I may post a time or two to voice my opinion, but I wouldn't post for months on end unless I had an interest to do so.
