Daddy,I pm'd you my response. Daddy, Have you, or do you know of anyone that has notifide the SEC or any other regulatory agency, about the present offer from RMIL to it's shareholders? Or at anytime in the past? TIA DD PS: if anyone is going to plunk down more hard earned money on this non-trading,bankrupt shell,perhaps they would be wise to querry the SEC first,or at least a securities attorney(although, I wouldn't recommend Raabe,apparently he has a problem with getting the job done on time)At the very least,full written disclosure is a must for any creditability to come along with the company's proposal..
