Well here it is, 13 Jul. 98 and still plodding along... Although there is still no news as yet, things are drawing near. This is almost 4 months now and in a market where news is the engine that drives share value - no news is not what we'd like to see. On the other hand, one must realize that neither company can withhold information which would materially change its financial situation. Any such information during the merger process would simply cause the merger negotiations to be that much more protracted. So just because significant business deals and affiliations and negotiations have not been announced as completed, that doesn't mean that the lads at Intrinsyc are just sitting around throwing darts, no sirreeee. Things are cookin'. And the VSE itself is no shining example of what the stock markets are capable of. So soon, with the completion of the merger and the creation of a new U.S. based company, a listing on the NASDAQ BB is next in line. Life will be different. Today's $1.95/share price tag will look pretty attractive and we'll all be saying: coulda, woulda, shoulda....But you know what they say: "If ifs and buts were candies and nuts, oh what a Christmas we'd have"..or something like that. Once the final deal is announced, then a few days later the EGM will be announced then a 30 day quiet period then VIOLA...or is that VOILA... A new U.S. based company with historical sales of ñC$11M is born. A listing on the BB could come a week or two later bringing us up to the end of August. A few weeks later the Embedded Developers Conference will get under way at the end of September to be followed in early November with the big COMDEX show. This autumn will be busy. Remember that although the past few months is seeming like a bit of an eternity, it takes time to do it right. And if it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Bill C(odfish)
