To Merge With Oasis Hotel & Resort >FXWAD SYMBOLS: FXWA FXWAD I/EQS I/OIE N/DJN N/DJWI N/TNM M/ENE P/DGA R/KS R/NME R/US R/USC SALT LAKE CITY (Dow Jones)--Flexweight Corp.'s (FXWAD) board signed an agreement to merge with Oasis Hotel Resort & Casino III Inc. in a stock swap. In a press release Monday, Flexweight said Oasis will be merged into its Flex Holdings Inc. unit. Flexweight will issue about 3.01 million restricted common shares for Oasis' shares outstanding. Flexweight's officers and directors will resign and be replaced by the board of Oasis. Advisery firms Park Street Investments and Hudson Consulting Group will receive a total of 698,000 Flexweight common shares and four of Flexweight's current and past officers and directors will each receive 500 shares.
