I'm sure there's some explanation. Oh, of course, they really meant to say "Nevtah ...is a small Oil and Gas company seeking lucrative [ maybe, maybe not ] joint venture agreements.... yadda, yadda... bu-fu... bafflegab.. etc.. ad infinitum et nauseum". Must have just been an honest proofreading and editing error; yeah, that's it, of course. $^)
