To all BETT thread readers: Tom Hughes would like to present a proposal to you if you are interested in investing in ET&T. The time is very restrictive though. You will have to start your action on or before July 10 to get into the deal. I received the information on July 6. I am sorry that I didn't post the proposal yesterday. Here it is: "From July 6 through July 10, an investment in ET&T stock will also produce matching shares of 144 stock in Betting Inc., plus up to 1/32 of 1% of the daily gross revenue of Shop While You Wait (SWYW). Investment *** ET&T Shares *** BETT Shares *** SWYW $2,500 ***** 5,000 ***** 5,000 ***** 1/128 of 1% 5,000 ***** 10,000 ***** 10,000 ***** 1/64 of 1% $10,000 ***** 20,000 ***** 20,000 ***** 1/32 of 1% "SWYW will generate 8% of the daily gross catalog sales. We estimate 50,000 terminals will have been given away by Fall 1999. By Fall 2000, 100,000 terminals minimum. "If the average location generates 6 transactions per day, at an average of $50, then our 8% produces $24 per day per location. 1/64 of 1% x $$24 x 50,000 locations = $187.50 per day for the investor. The Shop While You Wait participation will continue until January 2003." Well Group, I know that it takes more than a couple of days to pull together the money for such an investment. Maybe if you indicate your interest, ET&T would let you make the payment in the following week. ET&T will send you all necessary information and documents to make an informed decision. I believe that Popiye posted ET&T's phone number but I don't have it readily available. BETT's phone number is (800) 262-2331. You should be able to get your investment request serviced though that number also. Do your DD and make your own decision. I am only the messenger. I was happy to see the Press Release come out today, as Tom Hughes had said it would. I was also happy to see BETT move up $0.005 today on 3,700 in volume. Long and Strong on BETT. Scoobey
