Please keep in mind that the $3,132 before tax would be $1,880 or so with a normalized tax rate. That would be $0.14 per share. Getting to the 0.40 analyst estimates for next year is a stretch -- especially with a normal tax rate. Looks to me like a tax credit in this last qtr also.

I am not saying they will have a normal tax rate next year, in fact, I understand that they are planning for 23% next year. But I think this tax issue needs to be taken into account somehow. The market takes it into account, I think.
