Joe, the main reason I pick 28 instead of 27 1/2 is I believe if someone really wants to accumulate COMS, he will start from 28 then average down to 27. It is hard to call a bottom and that is why I think COMS should have a support at 28.

COMS is in "bleeding" mode now, meaning drop 2%~3% each day on LOW volume. I would rather to see all the potential sells get out at the same time.
