I think GVN such as India would agree with you on this point.
(Nuclear Weapons of course) However, nasty period does not arrive on a planned particular Sunday morning...Rather it comes in stages..
Many well-to-do people in Asia could only wish that they had Gold (of course some could have benefited from weapons too, but I doubt
too many..At any rate Gold is money, and probably could buy a citizen
of Thailand a nice factory or Beach Property of Unparalell Beuty..It is dubious to think that this is an isolated situation and North America is protected from similar fate...Granted we got better laws
and better transparency...yet that is minor in comparison to cycles..
(Remember 95 yen on a dollar just few short years back...But I see
your point we have Clinton in his second term now..we'll be all
right.. :)
