Approximately 1 hour after this was posted Zitel's price started down faster than a hobo on a ham sandwich. If memory serves later in the afternoon Soros' people announced he had no position in Zitel which helped things along. I would have liked to have been in on this.

Warren, Mondo and All,

I just returned from an extended weekend jaunt (the wife made me spend some of my booty from ZITL) to find you boys did it again! Partied without me! That's all right things are just getting ready to get fun. I have been contacted by a small group of people who have an idea that just may let us reposition again. As most followers to this board already know I hold a boxed position in addition to playing a few shares here and there. Well I come home to find that there is a group of which so far as I can establish I am the smallest with 18600 shares boxed, well the idea is for us to pull a squeeze of our own if we coincide our selling of the long shares to unbox, accompanied by selling a few new shares (if we can get our hands on any) to average up we could put a little pressure on the sell side! I had been intending to take some profits from the longs unboxing a portion around the first of the year anyway. So we might as well do it as a concerted effort just like the longs tried to create a squeeze by moving from margin to cash their shares, this group feels they can make the situation a little more fun for some of the newer investors (those who have entered since $50 as they are probably pretty nervous already). I am not at liberty to say exactly when we are going to do this, but if you would like to be involved email me, I will pass your name to the coordinator, be fore warned you will be required to prove your positions to be involved!

Happy Trading

Stan

Patrick, I did not say that all shorts are unethical nor work in tandem, but it is rather obvious what has been going on here on this thread.

Personally, I don't care what people say one way or another about Tava nor any other stock. Ultimately, I invest based on my own research. What I do care about, however, is what I consider to be grossly unethical conduct perpetrated by these individuals.

Now mind you, I also detest the opposite kind of behavior, e.g., where someone who has developed a "following" of sorts on bulletin boards claims that s/he is about to post a hot stock tip -- never before the market opens, of course -- and then loads up on that stock (or loaded up before the previous day's close). As his/her "sheep" feverishly gobble up shares of the designated stock, the "shepherd" cashes out and walks away with a nice profit. It's the electronic equivalent of a pyramid scheme, only more people end up losing in the end.

In either case referenced above, some no doubt would argue that those who succumb to such deceptive conduct deserve what they get. I don't subscribe to that rationalization.

Well, time to get off of soapbox once more and back to writing Y2K talking points for the September session of the International Information Infrastructure Congress session. Or as Wexler would say, co-conspirators in the Y2K hoax. [Look for this last comment to be misused somewhere by Old Bill to accuse me of being involved in a conspiracy ].
