Thanks, I'm aware of all this as I have been here awhile. On the other hand, I do not think all questions regarding a company should be dismissed out of hand. The valid ones need answering, at least to our own satisfaction. In DGIV's case, for me it's primarily the one about becoming a reporting company, because it's quite obvious that no one would want to invest long term in a non-reporting company. But the constant bashing becomes, ultimately, boring and distracting, and indicative of the vindictive mindset of most of the adherents.
