I think we have a difference of opinion on the definition of CIS. I include internal help desk, external customer support, and SFA, and some limited marketing automation functions. The vendors I mentioned either have part or all of the functions. The point is its possible that it isn't just Siebel as everyone seems to focus on that is impacting Vantive's revenue, but in fact, numerous other emerging players getting more traction--as evidence of John Crouch's statement--where Onyx, a middle market player, was in the same evaluation as Vantive.
