Bert, Wow, that's the type of company I love talking to. Could you get me in contact with them? I know a really good one too, so maybe, we can trade. :o) The companies that just provide the info are great. i don't like the hard sell. it makes me feel as though the company isn't worth much. If it really is a good company, it will sell itself. It sounds as if you get in a little earlier than I normally do (and probably for larger $ amounts.) Again, I'm quite happy to get in a 504 at a price that is good compared to what the public price will ultimately be. I look to triple my money within a year, but have done even better on average. Yes, there are some dud, also, but I've become better at evaluation and having them meet specific criteria now. Clo
