I did speak to the Company this morning. First Gort, who was not of much value. He did state that after all deals are done they are now estimating about 65M shares outstanding. Would not respond to any other questions and directed me to Gutman. Gutman says a lot, but substanciates little. I will mention what he stated to me, and let you access fact or fiction. 1) He has no idea how many shares are outstanding. 2) He stated the company should be fully reporting in a couple of weeks. 3) BDO Siedman in performing an audit of first half finacials. The results will include all acquisitions with the exception of Cinema Research and Intile. (I hope this is true as we may get our first view as to the reported revenues and profitability.) 3) He states each acquisition was for a profitable company. When I commented on Intile's year over year loses, he said he wasn't interested in the past. Upon purchases they are profitable. (Again waiting to see finacials.) 4) Stated he got a call from Dror last night who is working on a "huge Deal" possible with an internet company. (Again nothing firm could be provided concerning likelyhood for closing and/or timing). 5) Suggested that those who are not in the stock now may miss the "Run up" to $2.25. 6) I forgot to ask him about the land deal. For me the next event will be publishing first half financials. If this does not happen we need to seriously ask what it is the company wants to hide. And if they do publish and we can confirm all the PR, EDII will IMO gain some credibility. jmt
