Jim, Did you take a look at the thread I mentioned ? I agree the agreement with the USDA is a positive but with a huge negetive attached to it. Were they not to have this product on the market this fall, now it seems to be years off !! The longer it takes the more competition ( the thread I mentioned ) comes into the picture. And the more it resembles the hype and story that makes me leary of any Scam Rock pushed stock (NYER, ISEE, GVEC, CTN) where is the truth. I personally do not trust companies where the truth changes as often as it seem to here. They seem to be like an old girl friend of mine and a line she loved to use...." I did not lie to you , the truth changed", IMHO Shamrock Partners should take that on as a corporate slogan.
