Actually Brocade appears to me to have a number of NDAs, but as a non-public company they can be less conservative about other things.

Kaizer,

Non Disclosure Agreements (NDA's) are contractual agreements that bind parties to not disclosing certain material facts usually within a specific period of time. Brocade would certainly be "hamstrung" by NDA's as well. However, you're probably referring to "Forward-Looking Statements" which very much constrain Ancor as a public company from saying whatever they want to say whenever. That's obviously an advantage for Brocade.
