That fellow who shorts on high TICK and covers on extreme low TICK said he was going to go short and cover at any -500 TICK.

Sure enough, the pullback halted just as the TICK hit -502.

I did not notice but the triple had a bias to the downside --- did you notice the longer term lines were downsloped?
