called mr. sheppard again today to sum up my last 2 calls... the good: intranet site up in about a month 2nd quarter unaudited financials in about a month once intranet up, has waiting customers couple of announcements in 3-4 weeks that they "are happy with"... this was said after i asked if they still had same revenue target as was mentioned in an old press release outstanding shares 16 million of which 5 mil are owned by insiders look for press release about status of ibd aquisition the bad: don't expect to be profitable this year the not profitable is to be expected since this is just a start-up company and has been spending money ramping up most of this year, i've got no problem with that as long as revenues ramp up, and it seems like margins will be high once the intra/internet is set up. samir
