I know that the group is promising little more than a 500K financing, but have you looked at the company's latest quarterly report! The 500K is much needed.

P.S. why did they feel justified in paying directors fees to themselves all of a sudden ($23,500 I think)??? Are the cheap options not good enough for these guys.

notable exception than MGJ is Lattitude Minerals(LTU) imho.

LTU has held most of it's ground during this SVB turmoil. They continue to add good projects. It's getting to be that SVB is not much
more than a side-bet for LTU. Imo, Ltu will be the SVB index winner
this year.
