jmt, it seems pretty clear to me why the company has difficulty securing financing. I understand they are fully diluted, 50m shares. The only incentive they can offer to an underwriter is high, very high interest rates and/or a JV. But, what company would enter into a Joint Venture with FASC who have undisputed financial problems? None.

The only solution is a roll back, which is inevitable. I'm sure I'm not the only potential investor on the sidelines waiting for the company to resolve their current dilemma so we can once again invest.

I also understand there may be some critics of the CEO.

If they can't afford to put news on the wires, perhaps we should send the hat around. I'm willing to donate $20.
