Hi Graham, These guys are back on that old fraud/scam thing again? Oh well, I guess fiction is always more interesting than reality. Too bad the deadline for broadcasters to encode & transmit ratings was self-imposed. No one can force them to encode either, YET. But they can't fight the White House, and sooner or later, they'll be encoding, and V-Gis can start selling. Hopefully, around the same time or shortly thereafter, we will finally hear of FIRM licencing agreements with TV manufacturers. THEIR deadline is NOT self-imposed. Like Mac says, IT'S A LAW. It's only reasonable to assume TVL will get SOME market share, seeing how TVL were the ones to bring V-Chip technology to fruition. The projected sales figures were not pulled out of the air either. And was in C$'s NOT units (as some simpletons have summized) They are for 1999, and may include licensing, as manufacturer's will need some time to gear up production for V-Chip incorporation to meet their deadlines. TVL has visited most major manu's already, and has had VERBAL discussions with them face-to-face. Much more effective than writing letters as acri did. Understandable, as travel requires money, which is hard to come by when you've never sold a thing except more shares and options. As for patents, who wants a patent on something unless it has a practical application? I would prefer selling a BETTER product with patents pending, rather than bragging about a 10 year old patent on obsolete technology, merely as an excuse to issue several press releases. BTW, thanks to whoever sold me 1000 shares @ $1.06 this morning. I would LOVE some more for $1.04 or better if any pessimists could please put their ask orders in by 10am tommorow, I'd appreciate it. What do you think of the warrants Graham? I just don't like the idea of a Sept.30/98 expiration, otherwise I would load up. If V-Gis was selling now, I'd be buying, but since the encoding timeframe is beyond TVL's control, it's risky at this point. Shares are a bargain though. Wanna loan me some $ :) Have a great day.
