InteliData to Provide Turnkey Bill Payment and Home Banking System To
Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union

HERNDON, Va., July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- InteliData Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq: INTD - news) today announced the
purchase of its Interpose(TM) home banking and bill payment processing software by Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit
Union in Middletown, Pa. Mid-Atlantic provides financial services to 1,100 credit unions in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New
Jersey, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

''Mid-Atlantic Corporate Federal Credit Union has a proven track record as a key payments services provider for our
members,'' said Mid-Atlantic President and CEO Ed Fox. ''By the first quarter of 1999, we will be ready to offer our
members access to bill payment, allowing them to branch into a payments arena that they might not have been able to without
the Corporate.''

InteliData Chairman Bill Gorog commented, ''We are excited to provide Mid- Atlantic with a complete end-to-end system
built from the ground up. To ensure the system is efficient, secure, reliable and scaleable, Interpose will be installed on a new
IBM 390 mainframe running under IBM's CICS transaction processing environment.''

InteliData's Interpose software with Payment Warehouse will support electronic bill payment and home banking via the Internet
and personal financial management (PFM) software such as Microsoft Money(R), Intuit Quicken(R) and Home Financial
Network's Home ATM(TM). InteliData will also deliver processing systems to each of the participating credit unions to
transmit information directly to the Mid-Atlantic processing center.
