Well put, Tom. Expect a denial from PERI and in a month PERI's answer and counterclaims. In about a year expect cross licensing agreements in a settlement. My guess is LU and PERI have similar patents so they are "going at it". However, it does cast some immediate uncertainty for the weak-handed.
