I assume that the conference regarding SGNC is going well. I have been looking for a signal in the form of buying that would be an indicator.

Looks like two buys to me Jim, a buy for 25,000 and that buy for 30,000 at almost the same time. We have heard rumors of major buying for some time. Perhaps this is the beginning of that.
