The status of the buyback is that there is still funds available for open market purchases. I do not know how much as that is confidential information. As far as Locus goes there has not been any change in the status of that deal since the announcement of the LOI. Both companies must due their DD on each other and negotiations for the buyout must be concluded before anything else becomes public.
