Hi Andrew; re xton... I looked quickly at the sec stuff and got neg vibes. do you think this is one that has hidden value in the legalese speak? on another thread someone mentioned a rights offering in conjunction with the spin off, have you seen anything about that. if you have done some work on this i would appreciate any insisghts you might wish to share. these event driven investments are hard work and make my head hurt but some info on this thread has saved many hours of time and reading the gov. pages... ugh. thanks for any of your comments now or later... ron coleman
