it's a shame the Lernout/Kurzweil case went to arbitration...it would have been much more interesting if this case went to [jury] trial and enjoined Microsoft [re: their suspicious and contemporaneous investment in Lernout and termination of Alpha contract]...this scenario would have unequivocally included alleged antitrust violation(s), in addition to contractual interference...

I generally use netscape but it has been crashing a lot lately. Tried Oasis. That was the first I'd posted with Explorer. Gee they even put their label on when you copy website. Terrrible. Why would I want someone to now what browser I'm using. I'll need to change that. Still would like to use Netscape but it gets frustrating when it crashes.
