Dave, as I understand it, the Judge (a she) will rule on Friday as to whether she will appoint an "interim receiver" until a proxy could be mailed out to vote for 3 additional BOD members. If this happens, Jack will not have to carry the burden of making all those tough decisions all by himself...

Dave The Court records are available all 450 pages, for $1000.00. Justice may be blind.. but it isnt in poverty <g> Sure anyone in Tulsa can go to the hearing at 10:00. You may have called the out come very well, very logical thoughts behind this. Then again the judge has already made it known she isnt happ with Jack, he has had his chance to "make things" right for the past few months, and all that has come out of this is $25,000 in legal fees and a few threats from him. Sorry but with a legal bill generated from his own attempts at fulfilling his own self interests, I am feeling less than charitable or sympathetic to him. Not to forget all the money his management of this company has cost ALL of us. KAA
