Been trying to get Mark all day ... I am being told the same thing by brokers and so forth so I really do not know. I am at loss just like everyone else.

These 2 quote services reflect a split (combined it makes sense, seperatly they each botched up a statistic. Splits tend to do that):

cbs.marketwatch.com

Last: 8.00
Change: +3.6719
Prev: 4.3281 (undo 3-2 split, 6.50 which is what we closed at yesterday)
Hi: 8.00
Lo: 8.00
Bid: 6.50
Ask: 7.50 [real cute, lower the ask on a buy]
Vol: 100
Time: 13:42

Yahoo:

quote.yahoo.com

Lists 52-week Range as 1 1/8 - 28. Undo the split and the split and it would be 1 11/16 - 42 (which is right).

Lists bid/ask as 6 by 8, and previous close at 6 1/2.

I got your email and I understand what the person is saying. My point is that in this corrupt little company it all started out as a DIVIDEND, not a split. A DIVIDEND would have been paid to the owner of record as of May 29, 1998. MIDL changed it after the fact. If I am wrong here please let me know. BTW the person that sent the email, if you know so much about MIDL and the market and want to be involved, why not stop being a cheap ass, pay up and join SI?
