I agree with the marketing niche comment, but I see the growth opportunity as being much broader than that. For example, the German announcement which for some reason has been discounted and not talked about much. Having lived in Europe for many years, I know how archaic their regulatory processes have been in comparison with the large market and the high level of technology and infrastructure. Using Germany as a base is a brilliant way to penetrate into Eastern Europe, which I don't consider a niche market in the same way as Mordovia.
