I don't know? The one time I called the IR guy at MPTV I got a live person named Neil. Here's what someone posted on the MPTV SI thread recently:

Talked with Neil today and it looks like the closing might happen
this week or it could slip into next week. They've got the
additional paperwork that was required of them and the title
company is redoing some things and it should be ready in the next
few days.

Jim is in meetings with potential customers who are interested in
buying wholesale timeshares to resell in the retail market.

What does this say? The company is moving forward and not
letting the nitty gritty details of the closing slow them down. It also
means that the property could sell out a heck of a lot sooner than
anyone has predicted. What does it matter if the sell the timeshares
wholesale to other people or retail themselves. They end up
making roughly the same money either way.

I know people are anxious to see some news but rest assured, it's a
done deal. It's just a formality of doing the closing.
