Markets responding favorably. Anyone have a take on it, those of you who have followed this for a long time? Obviously someone knew last night, amazing how someone was able to sell before this hit most news wires. However, since then it has pretty much traded up. Could bode well for earnings combined with an announcement that suit will not material affect company and/or counterclaim.
