Trying for Nasdaq its going to be close on that issue, the shell we are looking at is a non trading BB shell. All the details havent been finalized yet. I am not sure what you mean by the 40m. I dont like large floats, it seems to dilute the demand factor. We have not put a BoD in place, and were considering a 5 seat BoD with one seat dedicated to a share holder Rep (who ever is voted for by the share holders) does this sound realistic? I know many companies do not do this, and I am wondering at the reception this would generate. KAA
