An excellent sign, the buyers (or short coverers) sat waiting till late in the day then came back in force. Gotta hand it to my broker for almost calling the bottom at 22 1/2...this is why I still use a full service broker. He had commented that if it broke that we were in trouble. This guy is good, although I actually called the bottom for once. I think we're over the hump, but don't know that we're heading back up over 30 that quick. 28 next hurdle. Apparently we're expecting Elise Wangs report tomorrow.

Today we closed at the day's high, with relatively strong volume during the upswing that lasted until the day's end -- totally unexpected.

Apparently something may be going on with AGPH that we aren't yet aware of, perhaps the leak of a product result or ?

If that is the case, we could see a substantial gap tomorrow morning, and a run that could surprise longs very nicely. (I'm looking for a target to the mid 30s from here)

I hope that somebody at the higher echelons at Agouron got the message, decided they didn't want the company to lose more of its market cap with AGPH appearing to head for the teens, and is finally setting things straight.

Regards to all,

it

PS for Peter: what makes you think that some of the big players in AGPH lost *any* money? You can count on it that they had some sort of hedge, options straddle etc. that would keep them out of serious trouble -- just a thought. : )
