You know your way around a balance sheet.

Only had the April 30 numbers, thanks for filling me in. Good point on the tax loss carryforwards. That makes the debt vs equity decision more subjective. Debt will be less expensive as sustainable earnings and cash flow improve, but these events should also increase the stock price making equity financing less dillutive.

Given this choice, I would probably choose equity. If cash flow improves and the stock price doesn't, share repurchase is an option.
