Jason: Article beginning on the front page of IBD this morning on the PC Y2K problem, "PCs Not Immune to Year 2000 Problems". Windows 3.1 and versions of Quicken earlier than Quicken 98 are mentioned as having problems. Class action lawsuit against Intuit for not offering free fixes for earlier versions. Intuit wants people to pay $35 for the upgrade to fix the problem. Businesses were especially warned in the article.

Also, local radio talk show with Viasoft on Monday about PC Y2K problems. ATM's mentioned but did not catch it all.

The public ie being wakened up to the pending problems with their PC's
