NO but that don't mean it hasn't bottomed, by the time we get
the report that it's above one they will have left the gate.
It's up from a month ago.

That's like the TICK..it can still be negative but if it's moving
up from a very low point it's generally safe to say the tick has
bottomed, and if you wait till it goes to + or more you are likely
to see what you wanted to buy has already gone up.
The market over reacts on both ends.
No big deal , I bought twice yesterday at 12-5/8 , sold half today
at 13..now have a 12-1/4 cost basis on my balance and that's lower
than her 52 week low. If she pulls back to 12-5/8 and she likely
will I'll buy what I sold today back again.
I think the SOX may do some pumping before she takes off.
