Hi Darryl, Thanks for the post on the 14a......there are also 8-k's and S-8's that were filed today. The S-8 is the registration of the shares provided to corp officers through option exercise. Of the 247,000, Mr. Murphy accounted for 200k. I was talking to him when this hit the wires and he told me that he collateralized his shares for a home loan. He did that rather than sell them at this ridiculous price. He also reiterated to me that he will not be selling any of his shares until the game is over. He did say that there will be several more filings as the officers continue to execute the options they have earned. The 8-K that was filed is the fulfillment of the escrow between Muller and DCI. It seems that everything was placed in escrow and now that DCI has fulfilled our part of the bargain by buying these shares, they are now being sent to our lawyers for return.
