Thanks NP, I think the value is there, they appear to be in maintenance mode now and will likely hold that pattern until something turns up, ie AU, a JV, the Indo scene or the CU markets. Seems to me that it is logical that if Minoro personnel made the trip that they want the deal, it will likely be modified to reduce their risk. Could be that they will put up a sum of money to hold the deal exclusive to them with a time limit until the markets improve, that is my guess as to what is happening. Best regards, Ron E
