Yes it would be. But they are getting caught between a rock and hard place anyway. Don't know enough to speculate much further than this. Obviously something is going on.

That will be a tremendous
charge getting out of those, right? I am no accountant, but I assume there is a cost penalty
for buying out of leases on retail store space.
