He has not made much contact recently except a VERY brief conversation last week. He was trying to email the Letter to shareholders to me and the IR firm. We had problems because I think they sent an attachment to me via AOL. He resent the email through his Hotmail account which worked fine. We had no further conversation about anything. The time before that was when the new financing company was identified back in May. Personally, I don't think Dan knows the difference between providing "inside information" as opposed to updating the larger shareholders. In his letter to shareholders, he has stated: "...we cannot give perferential treatment to certain shareholders with insider information." My information these days comes from other sources. I don't think Dan wants to talk until he has something to deliver. As frustrated as I am and as much $$ as I have on the line, there is no one who will lose more than Dan Masters if the company does not succeed. IMHO. Nevertheless, I am not pleased with this situation dragging out. But, I do think it's almost over ... sure hope so! later, leroyt
