Forget the chart... bb's and charts don't mix. The manipulation of bb stocks is well founded and T/A cannot be given much credence. When a shareholder wants out of their position, of any size, just stand back and watch a beautiful thing happen as the price gets crushed. MM's are not willing to stand and take shares of bb stocks. They go as low as the seller is willing to dump then run the price back up and clean up. It only takes one position of size to this. 'Mr. Market' is not always right, we cannot account for every share that is bought or sold in this market and just because the price goes down does not mean that it has a reflection on the company. In your DD if you find something that is wrong please let us know. I talk to the company from time to time and am very happy with the progress that has been and is being made. Mr. Murphy has the upmost integrity of anyone I know. As far as the information the information about the shareholders showing up first on SI, I agree that it should have been handled differently. I know that Joe and everyone at DCI is just super busy and the announcement through proper channels was overlooked. The official announcement just came out in an SEC filing 14-A, dated today.

I do not understand your complaint about the wording of the News Releases. It looks ok to me. I have not found problems in our releases that are ambiguous or mis-stated as you seem to imply. If you are in this stock because of T/A then I do not know why you would be in this now. You are absolutely correct that the chart is trash, but as in the past, thats what happens to this chart, it gets trashed. All it has ever taken is one seller of size to break this chart. I am still, and will be in this stock, until the end. Thats the play I started with and will end with.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!
